Vanishing
Everyone has a ticking clock,
With three arrows going clockwise,
Seconds are like happiness,
Ticks off very fast,
Minutes are like present,
Steady and awaits,
Hours are like the haunting past,
Every minute and second,
Once the clock stops,
It is just silence...
I fear not of my clock stop,
But I fear for others,
As years gather,
My world is slowly vanishing,
People,
Things,
Memory,
Friendship,
Love and sorrow,
The scope is getting narrower,
Kaleidoscope is dimmer..

School children
Villages towns and cities
Smiling friendship bloom
Walking to class rooms
The world is their own
Years down the road
Each separate ways
Maybe reunions
To see how each behave
Migration seeking fortune
Work related marriages
Leaving the stage
Erecting new ones in place
Years down the road
Children, divorces and separated
Friends of long ago
Faces disappear names can't recall
As the clock ticking away
Memories fade the windy wind take away
Leaving only the straws
Withered weak ready to fall
Maybe reunions
To see how each behave
As the ticking closes in
Fading memories
All one could get
As the dust settles
